Design-led, not catalogue-led
Every collection starts on paper with an architect, not in a stock list. If a size or finish is wrong for your floor, we change it.
AvenOffice is a commercial furniture maker and ODM partner. Since 2008 we have designed, built and delivered desks, seating, storage and power for dealers, design studios and workplace teams in 42 markets.
AvenOffice began in 2008 as a twelve-person chair workshop in Foshan. Dealers kept asking for desks that matched the chairs, then storage that matched the desks — so we built the tooling, the finishing line and the 3D library to answer all of it in one place.
Today a team of 120 designers, engineers and craftspeople ships complete workplace packages: 348 SKUs, 256 of them modelled in 3D, finished to your spec and delivered floor by floor. No trading company in the middle, no surprise substitutions.
Most furniture problems start long before the truck arrives — a finish that drifts between batches, a chair that never matched the table, a delivery split across three shipments. These four rules are how we avoid them.
Every collection starts on paper with an architect, not in a stock list. If a size or finish is wrong for your floor, we change it.
Cutting, edge-banding, veneer, upholstery and powder coating happen under one roof — so quality does not depend on a subcontractor's week.
Desks, seating, storage and power ship together, labelled by room and floor, so your installers are not waiting on a missing pallet.
Spare parts, replacement fabrics and add-on units stay available for years — the same SKU, the same finish, the same tolerances.
Send drawings, headcount and a budget range — or just a square-metre count. We come back within two working days with a layout, a spec and an indicative price.
We build the piece in your chosen finish and photograph it under daylight. Standard colours sample in 48 hours; custom veneers and fabrics take about a week.
Cutting, veneer, upholstery and powder coating run in-house across 26,000 m². Every batch is checked against the approved sample before it is packed.
Cartons are labelled by room and floor and loaded in install sequence, with a packing list your site team can read without calling us.
Working to a deadline? Tell us the handover date first — we will confirm what is achievable before you commit to a PO.
Send drawings, a mood board or a square-metre count. A real person replies within one business day with a spec, a lead time and a price — no automated quote funnel.
